Our policy is easy and simple, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Haushooga, you can return or exchange any item, provided the item is in the same condition it was received and contains all original packaging and contents within 7 days. All products are backed by Haushooga's 3 months warranty.
What do I do if I need to return something?
We want returns to be as easy as possible. To initiate a return, please send our friendly customer service team an email at email@example.com and we will provide a Return Shipping label for you. Processing time for returns take 7-14 Days. If you wish to send the item back yourself we will give you the address to send it in to. Easy as that!
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR PACKAGE IS MARKED AS RETURNED TO SENDER, UNCLAIMED, OR REFUSED?
In the event that your order is returned to us marked as “Return to Sender,” “Unclaimed” or “Refused,” you will be contacted immediately and a reshipping fee must be paid. If the you decide that you no longer want to proceed with the order, Haushooga may provide the option for refund less initial shipping charges and any charges incurred to accept the returned package. Please note that the reshipping fee and the initial shipping fee may vary depending on the delivery address and method.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
Haushooga does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
